I appreciated the room service. It was available 24/7. the room included a minibar stocked daily with complimentary soft drinks and snacks. the concierge arranged day trips to nearby attractions efficiently.

the location is really convenient i could easily walk to shopping areas and restaurants. the rooftop restaurant offered great views during meals. breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff was friendly.
housekeeping did not clean cups and left dirty glasses in the room. robe and water were provided for only one guest even though two were staying there. the gym is too small for a hotel of this price.

the standard rooms seemed small, which might not suit guests planning longer stays.

the staff was polite, that much is true.
The cleanliness was not good. I found dust and dirt under the bed when i dropped my ring. this area was not properly cleaned and i developed congestion . cleaning service also left trays outside our door.
